ToP Methods provide a great framework for engagement and consensus. Learn some ways to enhance the methods to gain deeper insights into the needs of the people you serve or the people your customers serve. Participants will learn how to empathy and journey map, two powerful human-centered design tools used to help gain empathy and understanding of the needs of clients/customers.
